Effective immediately: ALL pickups must be scheduled. For Monday through Friday pickups, I must know the time of pickup no later than 6pm the day before. For Saturday and Sunday pickups, I must know the time of pickup no later than Friday at 6pm!

If you are having an item shipped, all ready made items are normally shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS within 1-2 business days. All made-to-order items will ship within 1-2 business days of completion.

Please see descriptions to check if a wreath is made-to-order. All made-to-order wreaths can take up to one week to be completed.

Custom orders are always welcome! I do require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost (minus shipping) up-front for all garland, custom wreath and centerpiece orders. For remakes, I do require payment in full at the time the order is placed. Turn around varies widely depending on the season, and can be anywhere from 1-2 days to 1-2 weeks or more from the time the deposit or payment is made. I do not start work on any custom order until deposit or payment is made. Shipping cost can vary, so shipping cost will be quoted upon completion of the project, and cost will be added to the final invoice.
